Please read these conditions carefully before using the booksnbagels.com website. By using the booksnbagels.com website, you signify your agreement to be bound by these conditions. In addition, when you use any current or future booksnbagels.com service, you will also be subject to the guidelines and conditions applicable to that service.

Books&Bagels reserves the right to refuse access to the website, terminate accounts or cancel orders at our discretion. If we cancel an order, it will be without charge to you.
Orders
All orders are binding. In case of delay you will be contacted by email as quickly as possible. In special circumstances, Books&Bagels reserves the right to cancel any order.
Pricing and availability
All prices listed on our website include the necessary MwSt.
Despite our efforts, a small number of the many products in our catalogue could be priced incorrectly. Rest assured, however, that we verify prices as part of our dispatch procedures. If a product's correct price is lower than our stated price, we charge the lower amount and send you the product. If a product's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before dispatch or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
As we process your order, we will inform you by e-mail if any products you order turn out to be unavailable.

Customs
For items sent to foreign countries Books&Bagels assumes no responsibility for customs expenses demanded by the respective country. All responsibility for the payment of customs lie with the customer.
Payment Conditions
Payment must be made within 30 days of the invoice date. The billing of an order will either be in CHF or in Euros regardless of the currency in which the product was ordered. The exchange rate prices of Books&Bagels goods are updated according to the UBS currency rate.
Payments without a Credit Card
Customers residing outside Switzerland who do not have a credit card may make a payment direclty onto a Books&Bagels banks account:

Wish List Shipping Costs
Any item purchased from another customer's Wish List will be sent to the recipient free of charge. Customers purchasing items from their own Wish List receive free shipping only when purchasing more than ten items in a single order.
Returns
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us (at your expense) in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact, clothing must have labels attached) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. We can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty.
Please note that we reserve the right to send back items to you that have been returned to us after 30 days.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the relevant laws of the Canton of Zurich. You agree, as we do, to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Canton of Zurich.
