Damaged Goods
What should I do if the goods arrive damaged?
You should contact us immediately by phone or email. If the goods were damaged in transit we will send you replacement products at our expense. We will decide on a case-by-case basis if we would like the damaged items to be returned to us.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us (at your expense) in its original condition within 15 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact, clothing must have labels attached) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.
We can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty.
