How are my purchases sent?
We use Swiss Post and their associated couriers for our deliveries. Please see our Terms & Conditions for delivery times and prices.
The Shipping Costs are calculated using the weight and dimensions of the products.International Shipping Costs are also dependent on the destination of your order. The costs are split into four ascending zones, with Zone1 being the least expensive. All deliveries to customers in Germany are sent from within Germany and are charged accordingly.
EU countries are in price Zone 1, Non-EU countries, North America, and the Middle East are in price Zone 2, Asia and Africa are in price Zone 3 and South America and Oceania are in price Zone 4.
Delivery times are dependent on the choice of economy or priority shipping and can range from as little as 3 days (EU) to as much as 25 days (Australia). For detailed explanations please see our Terms & Conditions.
